Medical Exemption Information

The Douglas County Health Public Health Order (effective 10/9/21) is currently in a Temporary Restraining Order.  Only medical exemptions to mask wearing will be honored.

You can download the Medical Exemption Form and have a medical practitioner provide an exemption on their letterhead attached.
