After looking at our school calendar and listening to community feedback, we believe hosting Field Day early in the school year offers some fantastic benefits for our students and staff:

Instant Community & Bonding: A fall Field Day gives our students a wonderful opportunity to build connections right out of the gate. It’s an incredible icebreaker for new PRA students and a great way for kids to bond with classmates outside their immediate homerooms.

Better Weather: Autumn in Colorado brings cooler, more predictable temperatures that make spending an active day outside much more comfortable for everyone.

A Balanced School Calendar: Springtime is packed with end-of-year testing, performances, and special events. Moving Field Day to the fall eases the busy spring schedule and spreads out our favorite school celebrations throughout the entire year!

We are so excited to Kick off the year with an unforgettable day of teamwork, games, and school spirit.
